Using TensorFlow's object detection model, it processes live CCTV feeds and sends frames to Cloud server to decouple feed ingestion from AI detection and thus resulting into higher throughput. The AI model was further quantized using ONNX to make the AI model ready for inference on edge devices with low computation.
